General Damage:

Deliberate Damages: Any deliberate damage to fixtures, furniture, computers, or laboratory equipment is strictly prohibited. Deliberate damage includes but is not limited to vandalism or misuse of school property.

Cost of Reparation: In the event of deliberate damage, the defaulter will be held responsible for covering the actual cost of repairing or replacing the damaged equipment or property.

Penalty: In addition to the actual cost of repair or replacement, a penalty of 10% of the total cost will be imposed on the defaulter.

Notification: A formal letter will be issued by the teacher or school authority to notify the student or party responsible for the damage.

Payment: The defaulter is required to make the payment for damages, including the penalty, at the school's office within the stipulated timeframe as mentioned in the notification letter.
