Transport Rules And Guidelines

At JAY TECH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, we prioritize the convenience and safety of all our bus commuters. To ensure a smooth and secure transportation experience for all, we have established the following transport rules and guidelines:

Fixed Routes

Our bus routes are meticulously planned to cater to the needs of our students while maintaining safety standards. We do not entertain diversions or extensions to the existing routes to ensure consistency and safety.

Punctuality

To maintain the efficiency of our transportation service, students must arrive at their respective bus stops at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time. Buses will depart at the fixed time and will not wait for latecomers to ensure timely arrival at school.

Designated Stops

Our drivers are strictly instructed to stop the buses only at designated bus stops unless directed otherwise by the Bus Incharge or School Authorities. This practice ensures an organized and safe boarding and de-boarding process.

Prior Intimation

Parents are requested to notify the class teacher in advance if they intend to take their child along with them from the bus stop. This helps us ensure the safety and accountability of our students.

Change Requests

Should a guardian wish to request a change in the bus route or stop for their respective student, we kindly request them to submit a written application at the school office at least one week in advance. This advance notice allows us to plan and accommodate such requests effectively.

Responsibility for Damage:

Students are expected to treat our buses with care and respect. Any damage caused to the buses due to negligence or misconduct will result in fines, and the responsible student will be held accountable.

These transport rules are in place to guarantee the safety, efficiency, and well-being of all our students who utilize our transportation services. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they help us maintain a secure and organized transportation system.
